had a little trouble out of the th400 today. 2nd gear is non-existant for some reason. i had the same problem in the last race i had, but wierd thing is it went away on its own?? now its came back. ive tried everything i could to adjust the shifter linkages and everything, but it appears somthing is up with the valvebody :/ fluid is clean, and doesnt smell burnt. i highly doubt the clutches are burnt, somthing just isnt allowing it to engage 2nd gear. guess its time to drop the pan and figure out whats up. given i did not have 2nd gear, the car ran amazing with the new slicks. 60ft times were 1.3x on both passes i made. its now lifting the left front wheel about 1ft in the air when i leave. the pass below i tried to get it into 2nd, but it just went to a neutral free rev, so ripped it once more back to go to 3rd. by that time i had lost momentum, and killed what would of been a very interesting pass had i been able to use 2nd :) 9.6@140 no 2nd gear.
